1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using components.kitchen (the "Service", the "Kitchen"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
The Service is provided by frdg.work ("frdg.work," "we," "us," "our," or "Company"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
The Kitchen is a Discord message building and automation platform that allows users to:
•
Create and manage interactive messages using Discord's Components V2
•
Configure custom webhooks and bots to deliver messages
•
Schedule, automate, and trigger message delivery based on specified conditions
•
Store and share message templates across Discord servers
Access to certain features depends on your subscription plan (Free, Stainless, or Cast Iron), as detailed in Section 3.
3. Subscription Plans and Features
3.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides:
•
Message builder with Components V2 support
•
Ability to connect custom webhooks for message delivery
•
Cannot connect custom bots to the Service
•
No access to scheduled messages, sticky messages, automated triggers, or manual triggers
•
Limited to webhook-based message delivery only
3.2 Stainless Plan
The Stainless plan includes all Free plan features plus:
•
Ability to add and manage up to one (1) custom Discord bot for message delivery
•
Access to scheduled messages (set delivery at specific times or intervals)
•
Access to sticky messages (messages that re-pin automatically when new messages arrive)
•
Access to automated triggers (messages sent based on channel activity or custom conditions)
•
Access to manual triggers (on-demand message delivery)
•
All bot-only features limited to one connected bot
3.3 Cast Iron Plan
The Cast Iron plan includes all Stainless plan features plus:
•
Ability to add and manage unlimited custom Discord bots
•
Full access to all scheduling, sticky, automated, and manual trigger features across unlimited bots
•
Ability to share bot access with other users with option to configure individual permissions
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses
4.1 Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are fully responsible for:
•
All activity that occurs under your account and login credentials
•
Maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord user account credentials and bot tokens
•
All content you create, send, or authorize to be sent through the Service
•
Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
•
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You explicitly agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
Circumventing Barriers
Botnet Abuse
Commercial Spam
Unauthorized Access
IP Infringement
Resource Abuse
Malware Distribution
Phishing & Fraud
Excessive Spam
Abuse & Harassment
Illegal Activity
Prohibited Activity
Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication mechanisms, encryption, or other security controls
Use the Service to support botnet operations, unauthorized distributed systems, or violations of Discord's API Terms
Send unsolicited commercial messages, bulk advertising, cryptocurrency promotions, investment schemes, or MLM solicitations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, Discord systems, or our infrastructure
Transmit, create, or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
Excessively or abusively use Service infrastructure, APIs, or computing resources in a manner that degrades performance for other users or violates rate limits
Distribute viruses, malware, worms, or code designed to harm systems, networks, or data
Conduct phishing attacks, impersonation, identity fraud, or other deceptive practices
Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engage in spamlike automated distribution
Send threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or discriminatory messages to individuals or groups
Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, or the laws of the European Union
Description
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately upon discovery of prohibited activity, without prior notice or opportunity to cure.
5. Discord Integration and Compliance
5.1 Discord Platform Compliance
By using the Service to integrate with Discord's platform, you agree to:
•
Comply at all times with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
•
Use Discord bot tokens and webhook URLs exclusively as authorized by Discord and in accordance with Discord's Developer Terms
•
Not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or excessively query Discord services through the Service
•
Not circumvent Discord's rate limits or security mechanisms
•
Immediately revoke any bot tokens or webhooks if you believe they have been compromised
5.2 Token and Webhook Security
You acknowledge that bot tokens and webhook URLs are sensitive credentials that grant significant access to your Discord account and servers. You agree to:
•
Never share these credentials with untrusted third parties
•
Store credentials securely and follow best practices for credential management
•
Immediately act upon any suspected token compromise and reset all tokens to mitigate damage
•
Accept full responsibility for any unauthorized activity resulting from compromised credentials
5.3 Discord Policy Violations
If your use of the Service violates Discord's policies or Terms of Service, frdg.work may be required by Discord to suspend or terminate your integration. In such cases:
•
We will disable your access to the Service
•
We are not required to provide refunds
•
You remain responsible for any violations
We are not liable for account suspensions or restrictions imposed directly by Discord.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Service Ownership
The Service, including all underlying code, software, design, functionality, text, graphics, visual elements, and documentation, is the exclusive property of frdg.work or our licensors. You retain no ownership rights to the Service itself.
Your subscription grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal or organizational use, in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights to use the Service.
6.2 User-Generated Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of any messages, message templates, configurations, text, images, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content").
By uploading or creating User Content, you grant frdg.work a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
•
Store, process, and transmit your User Content to deliver the Service
•
Use your User Content for system administration, security, and Service improvement
•
Display anonymized usage statistics and aggregated data for Service optimization
However, you warrant that:
•
You own or have obtained necessary licenses for all User Content you submit
•
Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
•
Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
•
You will not upload content that is infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive
6.3 Shared Content and Collaboration
If you use Stainless or Cast Iron plan features to share bot access with other users:
•
Shared users receive a limited license to view and use shared content only within the Service
•
Sharing does not transfer ownership; you retain all rights to your User Content
•
Sharing permissions may be revoked at any time
•
Shared users may not redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit shared content without your express written permission
6.4 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant frdg.work an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use such Feedback without obligation or compensation to you. You waive any moral rights in such Feedback.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 Data Collection and Processing
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You acknowledge that the Service collects and stores:
•
Your Discord user ID and account information
•
Encrypted bot tokens and webhook URLs provided by you
•
Message templates and User Content you create
•
Usage metadata, timestamps, and service activity logs
•
Payment and billing information if provided
7.2 Your Responsibilities for Credentials
You are responsible for:
•
Protecting the confidentiality of your Discord credentials and any bot tokens or webhooks you provide to the Service
•
Accepting full responsibility for all activity that occurs using your credentials
•
Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or data breach
•
Revoking compromised tokens or webhooks immediately
7.3 Data Retention
Upon account termination or cancellation, we will:
•
Retain your data for up to one-hundred twenty (120) days for backup and legal compliance purposes
•
Delete your User Content after the retention period (unless required by law to retain)
•
Sharing permissions may be revoked at any time
•
Retain aggregated, anonymized data indefinitely for analytics and Service improvement
8. Pricing, Billing, and Payment
8.1 Subscription Fees
•
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly) according to your selected plan
•
Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
•
All fees are stated in EUR unless localized currency is applied by the Service
•
Pricing does not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed taxes, which you are responsible for paying
8.2 Automatic Billing
You authorize frdg.work to charge your payment method on file automatically for all recurring subscription fees. You agree to:
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment method information
•
Notify us immediately of any changes to your payment information
•
Pay all charges incurred under your account
8.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails:
•
We will attempt to reprocess the charge using your payment method on file
•
After three (3) failed attempts, your subscription will be suspended
•
Continued non-payment may result in account termination without refund
8.4 Refund Policy
•
Refunds are not offered for partial month usage
•
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law
•
Subscription downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no refunds are issued for the remaining time
•
Immediate account termination results in no refund for remaining subscription time
8.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Price changes:
•
Apply to new subscriptions immediately after the notice period
•
Apply to existing subscribers at their next renewal date
•
Do not affect the current billing cycle
•
Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing
9. Service Availability and Support
9.1 Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, the Service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee:
•
Specific uptime percentages or service level agreements
•
That messages will be delivered at specific times or without delay
•
That all scheduled, sticky, automated, or manual-triggered messages will execute without error
•
Freedom from service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control
9.2 Scheduled and Emergency Maintenance
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will attempt to:
•
Provide advance notice (minimum 24 hours) for scheduled maintenance
•
Perform maintenance during low-traffic periods
•
Minimize disruption to active users
Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice to address security issues or critical infrastructure problems.
9.3 Customer Support

Response time
All support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee resolution of all issues, only that we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and assist.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We specifically disclaim any warranties that:
•
The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
•
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
•
Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected
•
The Service is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components
•
Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
10.2 No Liability for User Content
frdg.work is not responsible for:
•
Any User Content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service
•
Messages sent via your account or added integrations
•
Any harm, damage, or liability resulting from your User Content
10.3 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRDG.WORK BE LIABLE FOR:
•
Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
•
Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
•
Damage to your reputation, systems, or goodwill
•
Any other damages whatsoever arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.4 Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall frdg.work's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount of fees you paid to frdg.work in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
If you have not paid any fees (Free plan users), our liability is limited to a refund of your subscription fees, if any.
10.5 Essential Terms
You acknowledge that these liability limitations are essential terms of these Terms and that frdg.work would not provide the Service without these limitations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend (at our expense), and hold harmless frdg.work, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:
•
Your use of the Service
•
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
•
Your violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
•
Your User Content or messages sent through your account
•
Any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity conducted using your account
•
Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right
•
Any harm caused to third parties by your use of the Service
Your indemnification obligation includes claims arising from the negligence or misconduct of your employees, contractors, or agents acting on your behalf.
12. Account Termination and Consequences
12.1 Termination by frdg.work
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or opportunity to cure, if:
•
You violate any material provision of these Terms
•
You violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
•
Your account is used for prohibited purposes (see Section 4)
•
You abuse or attempt to abuse the Service, its infrastructure, or its APIs
•
Payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days of notification
•
We believe in good faith that your conduct poses a risk to the Service, other users, or Discord
•
Your use violates applicable laws or regulations
12.2 Effects of Termination by frdg.work
Upon termination by frdg.work:
•
Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
•
All data associated with your account is deleted after thirty (30) days (as permitted by law)
•
You forfeit all subscription fees paid
•
No refund is provided
•
You remain liable for any damage caused by your use of the Service
12.3 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
•
Accessing your account settings on Discord and selecting "Delete Account," or
•
Contacting our support team at help@frdg.email
Upon termination by you:
•
Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle (no refund for remaining time is provided)
•
Your data is retained for backup purposes for up to one-hundred twenty (120) days
•
Your User Content is deleted after the retention period (unless required by law to retain)
12.4 Survival After Termination
The following provisions survive termination of your account: Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law), and any payment obligations.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, the Service, or your use thereof (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved through the following process:
Step 1: Good Faith Negotiation
The parties agree to attempt to resolve Disputes through good faith negotiation and informal discussion for a period of thirty (30) days. During this period:
•
Either party may initiate discussion by sending written notice of the Dispute to the other party
•
Both parties commit to meeting (in person, by telephone, or by videoconference) to discuss resolution in good faith
•
Communications during this period are confidential and shall not be admissible in any subsequent proceeding
Step 2: Binding Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted as follows:
•
Administrator: CEPANI (Centre for Arbitration and Mediation of the Czech Republic)
•
Rules: CEPANI Rules of Arbitration
•
Number of Arbitrators: One (1) arbitrator unless the claim exceeds €100,000, in which case three (3) arbitrators
•
Seat of Arbitration: Prague, Czech Republic
•
Language: English
•
Cost Allocation: The disputing party bears all attorneys' fees and costs; CEPANI arbitration fees are split equally between the parties unless the arbitrator awards fees to one party
•
Confidentiality: Arbitration proceedings and awards are confidential
The arbitrator(s) shall apply Czech law and shall issue a written, reasoned award. The award is final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Step 3: Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following Disputes are not subject to arbitration and may be litigated in the courts of the Czech Republic:
•
Claims seeking injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent irreparable harm or breach of confidentiality
•
Claims for infringement of intellectual property rights
•
Claims arising from your breach of confidentiality or non-use obligations
•
Claims for emergency relief to prevent harm to the Service or other users
13.3 Class Actions Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive your right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against frdg.work. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void.
13.4 Injunctive Relief
You agree that breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate. frdg.work may seek injunctive relief, including temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, without posting bond, in addition to all other available remedies.
14. Compliance with Discord Developer Terms
14.1 Developer Compliance
By using the Service to integrate with and send messages to Discord, you acknowledge and agree that:
•
You comply with Discord's Developer Terms of Service at all times
•
You will not use the Service in violation of Discord's policies, guidelines, or API terms
•
frdg.work may update the Service in response to changes in Discord's policies, APIs, or technical requirements without liability to you
•
If your use of the Service violates Discord's policies, frdg.work will, at Discord's or its own discretion, immediately disable your integration without prior notice or refund
14.2 API Changes and Updates
Discord may update or deprecate its APIs, including Components V2, at any time. frdg.work:
•
Is not responsible for keeping the Service compatible with older Discord API versions
•
May discontinue support for deprecated Discord features
•
Will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current Discord APIs
•
Is not liable for any service interruption resulting from Discord API changes
15. Severability and Reformation
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable:
•
That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or
•
If modification is not possible, that provision shall be severed
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If severance of any provision materially alters the rights or obligations of the parties, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice.
16. Entire Agreement and Modifications
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between frdg.work and you regarding the Service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
No oral or written communication, representation, or agreement made outside of these Terms and our Privacy Policy is binding or valid. If there is any conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy, these Terms control except regarding data protection, where the Privacy Policy controls.
17. Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise convey your rights or obligations under these Terms without frdg.work's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
frdg.work may assign these Terms to any third party or successor without notice to you. Upon such assignment, the assignee assumes all rights and obligations under these Terms.
18. Waiver and Non-Enforcement
frdg.work's failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any provision is effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of frdg.work.

We will provide notices to you by:

Posting a notice on the Service
•
Other reasonable means of communication
Notices are effective when sent via email or when posted on the Service.
